Chronic Pain • Subconscious change • Stress Relief
In-person in Stamford, CT, and online.

You’ve tried the normal routes.
This isn’t one of them — and that might be the point.
This is hypnosis for mind–body pain
for people whose symptoms persist after medical causes have been ruled out.
The work happens in altered states — where attention shifts, imagery leads, and deeper patterns reorganize.
Who This Work Is For
This work is for people who:

-
understand their pain or symptoms are mind–body in nature
-
have completed appropriate medical evaluation for the issue they’re seeking help with
-
are no longer pursuing surgeries, implants, or medical interventions for the same symptoms
-
resonate with mind–body perspectives and are ready to change underlying emotional and belief patterns
-
are open to trance, altered states, and subconscious processes as pathways for change
-
are comfortable with experiential, non-linear work
-
are ready to engage rather than “try one more thing”
Who This Work Is Not For
This work is not a fit for people who:

-
are still seeking a medical diagnosis or structural explanation
-
are planning or undergoing procedures intended to fix the same symptoms
-
want hypnosis layered on top of an active medical treatment plan
-
are looking for guarantees, timelines, or symptom-by-symptom promises
-
prefer protocols, scripts, or performance-based approaches
-
are uncomfortable with trance, imagery, or subconscious work
-
want someone else to fix the problem for them

How this work is different
Most approaches for chronic pain focus on managing or overriding the body.
This work does something else.
When symptoms persist without a structural cause, the system is often responding through learned internal patterns — shaped over time by emotional pressure, internal conflict, and adaptation.
This work doesn’t attempt to treat symptoms.
It engages the inner conditions where symptoms take shape — and where they can begin to change.
The work happens beneath analysis — through imagery, sensation, and symbolic experience.
Medical Boundaries
This work is intended for people who have already completed appropriate medical evaluation for the symptoms they’re seeking help with.

It is not compatible with ongoing medical procedures, surgeries, implants, or experimental interventions aimed at fixing the same symptoms.
What clients have said:
"My session with Marija felt like a soul retrieval. I was guided into a space where I could face and release deep past traumas — some I didn’t even realize I was still carrying. What came through felt ancient, wise, and true. I left feeling lighter, freer, and more connected to myself.”
- Ashleigh W, Stamford, CT
“Within just ten minutes, Marija guided me into my subconscious and helped me uncover answers to questions I had been carrying for so long. I was astonished how quickly and accurately she helped me access those deeper layers. She created a safe, compassionate space where transformation happened naturally. I left each session feeling more connected and empowered. ”
-Denise V, San Diego CA
“Marija is an incredible, precise, and compassionate practitioner. Her sessions have helped me release physical pain, resolve inner conflict, and grow as a person. In one session, she helped me move through emotions that had held me back for years. The wisdom I’ve gained has truly changed my life."
-Giedre K, Wilton, CT
How Sessions Are Structured
Sessions aren’t formulaic, pre-scripted, or built around a branded protocol.
Each session is guided by how your symptoms present, how your system responds in real time, and what’s ready to change –allowing the work to deepen and integrate over time.
For that reason, I work primarily in structured, multi-session containers — most commonly over six sessions.
Sessions are available in person in Stamford, Connecticut, or online.

My approach
I’m Marija Mikolajczak, a certified hypnotherapist working with mind–body pain and stress-related symptoms that persist beyond structural explanation.

My work focuses on how the nervous system and subconscious hold learned patterns — and how those patterns can shift through guided inner experience.
Sessions use trance and altered states to access the level where change actually occurs — not by forcing the body, but by allowing new experiences to register and reorganize over time.
I work with a limited number of clients and primarily in structured, multi-session programs to support depth, continuity, and integration.
