About the event
This year's annual Behavioral Health Fair is in collaboration with Self-Care for Recovery and the Stamford Police Department's Behavioral Health Unit. This year's event is hosted by the Boys and Girls Club of Stamford. Join us as we celebrate mental well-being!
I'll be there tabling with Artemisia Integrative Wellness Center, and offering free demonstrations of hypnosis, and answering questions about incorporating self-hypnosis into daily self-care. I'll also be making a presentation on self-hypnosis for relaxation, stress-management, and self-empowerment.
